9 a.m. -11 a.m. located at the Charlotte Public Library
This session will highlight member tips and benefits available on our updated Website.
Also, a Consumers Energy Representative will share strategies to help businesses thrive.
*This workshop is free for Chamber Members and $15 for
non-members. Breakfast and coffee are included!

My name is Shelli Burdo, I am a small business owner in Charlotte. My company, Learning the Ropes LLC Advocates, Educates, and Encourages people on “THEIR” journey through disability and the special education process. We specialize in advocacy for individuals with disabilities in the education, and employment settings. We also provide employment education, assistance with college transition, and case management.
Learning the Ropes encourages individuals through education on self- advocacy, self-determination, effective communication and disability awareness.
Advocacy, Education and Encouragement are the bases of our philosophy to provide individuals with the tools they need to be successful in life.
I joined the Charlotte Ambassadors to be instrumental in advocating for inclusion of all and positively changing Charlotte. Thank you Shelli!
