Celebrate HGB’s evolution at its 7th Annual Gala
CHARLOTTE, Mich. – Hayes Green Beach Memorial Hospital is excited to welcome all for an unforgettable evening of interactive experiences and creativity at its seventh annual fundraising gala from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 12.
“This is HGB’s premier event where we come together to celebrate our hospital, our team and our community,” said Dana Pray, HGB director of development and experience. “This year we are honoring our evolution as a health care provider and our journey toward becoming part of Sparrow Health System this October.” To help celebrate this significant historical milestone the theme of this year’s gala event is EVOLVE, summed up by the quote, “Who we have always been is becoming all we can be.”
HGB’s Heritage Council (formerly the Development Council) has planned an evening of memorable experiences, including a silent auction for unique gift items and travel experiences, a 50/50 raffle, heavy appetizers, a cash bar and live entertainment that includes local artists Cal Moultine and Phil Denny. New this year, an Afterglow Party will take place immediately following the gala from 10 p.m. until midnight for those who want to continue the celebration, and will feature a DJ and dancing. The Afterglow Party is sponsored by this year’s honorary event chairs: Jerry and Jessica Sommer, and Dr. Nicholas and Jessica Doman. HGB’s Annual Gala is once again generously supported by Presenting Sponsor MSU Federal Credit Union. MSUFCU has been a gala sponsor each year, making possible many of the event’s unique elements. We are also very grateful for the support of Brad and Stacey Gingrich, Craft Chiropractic Creating Wellness Centers, and Pray Funeral Home.
